How does the tote delivery and pickup process work?
We make it simple. We deliver sanitized, commercial-grade storage totes and hand trucks directly to your current home. You pack and move, then we pick them up from your new location once you're settled.
Why are eco-friendly totes better than cardboard boxes?
Our reusable totes are crush-resistant, weather-resistant, and require no tape. Unlike cardboard, which often ends up in landfills after one use, our system eliminates waste and provides superior protection for your belongings.
What moving equipment comes with the totes?
In addition to our storage totes, we provide a heavy-duty hand truck to make moving your stacks of totes effortless. We also include 2 heavy duty ratchet straps for securing your totes on the hand truck.
Which areas within Volusia County do you serve?
We currently provide local delivery and pickup services to the entire Greater Daytona Beach area and throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. If you're moving just across town, we've got you covered.
What is the standard rental duration?
Our standard rental periods are designed to give you ample time to pack and unpack at your own pace. Most customers choose a 1-week rental, but we can offer flexible options to fit your specific moving timeline.
What happens if damage occurs to the rental equipment?
Moving can be tough, we get it. Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs and fading will occur over time. At delivery and pickup our team will go over basics on hand truck use and review the condition of the totes. If rented equipment becomes damaged above and beyond normal wear and tear 386 EZ Move Solutions reserves the right to charge the customer a damage fee for the replacement cost of the damaged item(s) to the card on file.
